Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

Last updated 10 August 2026. This policy describes how Roaminger handles personal data. It is written to be readable rather than exhaustive; if you need something formally confirmed, ask us.

What we collect

If you subscribe: your email address, the page you subscribed from, and the date and time of consent. We keep the consent record because we are required to be able to show it.

If you contact us: the name, email address and message you send, kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry.

If you click an affiliate link: we record the click, the country it came from, the type of device and the referring page. This is not tied to your name or email.

Everyone: standard server logs, and aggregate analytics that tell us which pages are read.

Affiliate cookies

When you click through to an operator such as GetYourGuide, Booking.com or Airalo, that company sets its own cookie so a later booking can be attributed to us. Those cookies are set by them, governed by their privacy policies, and typically last around 30 days. We cannot read them.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email address with any affiliate partner. We do not use your email address to build an advertising profile.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us through the contact page and we will action it within 30 days. Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe, which takes effect immediately.
