We use AI to help write. We are telling you that on purpose, and here are the rules we attach to it.

The rules

• Every page is checked by a person before it publishes. Facts, prices, terms — anything you could act on and be let down by.
• No page claims first-hand experience it does not have. An AI draft has not been to a place. Where a page describes being somewhere, a person who was there wrote or verified it.
• We date everything and re-check it. A page with an old price and no date is lying to you by omission.
• We do not publish what we cannot check. If it cannot be verified, it is left out.

Who writes what

Milos — founder, has worked aboard cruise ships since 2019. Port and ship coverage, and anything describing first-hand experience, carries his name.

The Roaminger team — comparisons and destination research, drafted with AI assistance, checked against live merchant data and reviewed by a person. This byline means “researched”, not “experienced”.

What Sienna is

Sienna is the face and voice of Roaminger on the site and on social media. She is a digital brand persona created by us. She is not a real person and not a real traveller.

We say this plainly because the alternative is a lie that would be worth money to us. An invented traveller with an invented history is a more persuasive salesperson than an honest research team — which is exactly why we are not doing it. Sienna presents our research, the way a presenter fronts a programme they did not personally report. She never claims to have visited a place, stayed in a hotel, or tested a product, and every account she appears on identifies her as a brand persona.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we fix the page, note what changed, and date it. If you spot an error, tell us: hello@roaminger.com.
